In order to allow you to use an own domain we need to verify sender e-mail address in our email system.

To avoid spam messages accumulation, email providers are blocking the messages, which are sent from unauthorized email hosts. The email host cannot send e-mails on behalf of another mailbox which is on another host.
In summary: email providers block messages when the domain IP address of the sender's mailbox is different than IP server address from which this message is sent.

To settle this blockade, you have to add appropriate SPF and DKIM records, which will authorize our server to send emails from user's mailbox.

This is the reason why setting up of autoresponder from own address is a bit complex.

Please proceed with configuration steps described below:

1. Add an SPF record to your domain.

Host: example.com
Type: TXT
Value: "v=spf1 include:spf.mandrillapp.com ?all"

Replace example.com with your own domain address.

2. Please add a DKIM record to your domain.

Host: mandrill._domainkey.example.com
Type: TXT
Value: "v=DKIM1; k=rsa; p=MIGfMA0GCSqGSIb3DQEBAQUAA4GNADCBiQKBgQCrLHiExVd55zd/IQ/J/mRwSRMAocV/hMB3jXwaHH36d9NaVynQFYV8NaWi69c1veUtRzGt7yAioXqLj7Z4TeEUoOLgrKsn8YnckGs9i3B3tVFB+Ch/4mPhXWiNfNdynHWBcPcbJ8kjEQ2U8y78dHZj1YeRXXVvWob2OaKynO8/lQIDAQAB;"

Replace example.com with your own domain address.

3. Email us when you're finished (support@landingi.com)

4. Next, we will verify SPF and DKIM records that have been added and unlock your domain.
