If you have an agency account (Agency or White Label plan), you can change the default address from which lead notifications and leads itself are sent.

To do this, log in as the owner to your account in the Landingi platform and go to the "Subaccounts" tab in the left panel, then go to the "Settings" option.

In "Settings" you will find a window where you can enter a new address which from now on will be visible as the sender of notifications.

After you enter your new e-mail, save your changes. 

Now you need to verify your domain and email so that your address appears as the sender of messages sent by the autoresponder.

For this purpose, you have to add appropriate SPF and DKIM records, which will authorize our server to send emails from user's mailbox.

Log in to the administration panel at your domain provider.

1. Add an SPF record to your domain:

Replace example.com with your own domain address.

Host: example.com
Type: TXT
Value: "v=spf1 include:spf.mandrillapp.com ?all"

2. Add a DKIM record to your domain:

Host: mandrill._domainkey.example.com
Type: TXT
Value: "v=DKIM1; k=rsa; p=MIGfMA0GCSqGSIb3DQEBAQUAA4GNADCBiQKBgQCrLHiExVd55zd/IQ/J/mRwSRMAocV/hMB3jXwaHH36d9NaVynQFYV8NaWi69c1veUtRzGt7yAioXqLj7Z4TeEUoOLgrKsn8YnckGs9i3B3tVFB+Ch/4mPhXWiNfNdynHWBcPcbJ8kjEQ2U8y78dHZj1YeRXXVvWob2OaKynO8/lQIDAQAB;"

Replace example.com with your own domain address.    

3. Email us when you're finished (support@landingi.com) or write on the chat.

4. Next, we will verify SPF and DKIM records that have been added and unlock your domain.
